I don't know why, but I was thinking about games/toys I had as a kid there this morning. This is the result of that! Lord knows why!
I can't remember what kind of games I used to play with these. But I had a few of them. I had one purple one with butterflies on it's arse at one point. Weird considering I never went through that weird girly horse phase that most girls do. Although I did play games pretending my bike was horse and that I was a champion horse rider. (when in reality I was just another country kid badly balanced on a second hand bike)
Another thing I went mad for. It was an ill fated move by my parents to prove I couldn't look after a real pet. It backfired when I kept the thing alive for like 3-4 months and would have gone on longer but my teacher confiscated it and killed it. I had one that had about twelve different pets. It was white with green buttons and I normally had a puppy. It was great fun. They died a painful death though....
POLLY POCKETS : I had a few of these. I think I remember mine being orange, but that could just be me! These caused war in my household. War as relatives stood on the tiny things and sat on them. I kept loosing the tiny pieces everywhere. Eventually you would have to replace the thing as you no long had any of the parts. but the weird thing was, there was very little you could do with them. They were so utterly pointless. Too tiny to be played with really. What is the point in these things?
