TEEN idol Harry Styles stunned a fan who looks just like his ex Taylor Swift — by sending her a 21st birthday greeting out of the blue.
The One Direction romeo, 19, messaged thrilled Alice Cousins to say: “Hope you have a really lovely day... Have funnnn. xx”
Drama student Alice — spitting image of country music singer Taylor, 23 — is among his army of 13 million followers on Twitter.
She tweeted a reply from Exeter University, telling him: “You’ve literally made my birthday day. Shaking like a leaf!”
Fellow fans were so jealous they bombarded her with abuse.
One even wrote to Styles saying: “When it was my birthday I tried so damn hard for you to tweet me.
“You little s**t.”
