Ingredients
- Fresh baguettes , sliced
- Extra virgin olive oil
- For seasoning: sea salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and dill
- Balsamic vinegar (regular, aged, and white are different types you can try)
- Nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- Optional for the Greek yogurt: a few drops of truffle oil
- Black kalamata olives, diced
- Sundried tomatoes, roughly chopped
- Capers, rinsed and dried
- In separate small serving or dipping dishes, pour the olive oil, balsamic vinegars, and Greek yogurt.
- Season the olive oil with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes as desired; mix well
- Season the Greek yogurt with salt and dill (add a few drops of truffle oil for a bit of extra indulgence); mix well.
- Place the olives, sundried tomatoes, and capers in a separate serving dish.
- Place the baguettes on a large serving dish, and start dipping! You can try each dipping separately, or mix and match (i.e., dip in the olive oil, then dip in the balsamic vinegars). Perfect to top with the olive, sundried tomato, and caper mixture, some deli meats and some fresh greens!
